5-Point Ear Needling

A ear needling treatment in both ears using acupuncture needles to support detoxification of the body, mental health considerations, and trauma. This treatment can be received in a sitting or reclined position, ideally in a group experience. This is not designed to be an individual, stand alone treatment. It is a nonverbal, group treatment experience for 12 or less participants at one time.

Postural Compression

A 30-minute, fully clothed, hands-on treatment designed to specifically address the musculature primarily in charge of the body's posture.Using slow, intentional compression while the recipient rests comfortably on a massage table, the work engages areas of musculature holding without the use of oils or traditional massage techniques. The intention is to create greater ease throughout postural muscles while providing grounded sensory input to the nervous system. As physical holding begins to soften, a person may find it easier to settle, become present, and receive what is happening within a group experience.
